6. Terms of Use

6.1 The license to use this website and services shall remain valid until termination. This license will terminate in accordance with the provisions of these service terms, or if you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of these service terms. In any such case, Pawmall may implement such termination with or without notice to you.

6.2 Do you agree to:

(a) Upload, publish, transmit or otherwise provide any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, frightening, painful, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, infringing on the privacy, hatred or race of others, which is offensive in terms of race or otherwise;

(b) Violation of any law, including but not limited to any laws and regulations related to import and export restrictions, third-party rights, or our policies on prohibited and restricted items;

(c) Upload, publish, transmit, or otherwise provide any content featuring unsupervised minors, or use the service to harm minors in any way;

(d) Using services or uploading content to impersonate any individual or entity, or otherwise distorting your relationship with an individual or entity;

(e) Forgery of titles or other manipulation of identifiers to disguise the source of any content transmitted through the service;

(f) Remove any ownership claims from the website;

(g) Without the express permission of Pawmall, resulting in, allowing or authorizing the modification, creation of derivative works or translation services;

(h) To use the Services in any way for the benefit of any third party or prohibited by the license granted under this Agreement;

(i) Using services or uploading content in a fraudulent, unreasonable, false, misleading or deceptive manner;

(j) Opening and/or operating multiple user accounts due to any violation of the text or spirit of these service terms;

(k) Use emulators, emulators, robots, or other similar hardware or software to access the Pawmall platform, open user accounts, or otherwise access your user accounts;

(l) Manipulate the price of any item or interfere with the list of other users;

(m) Take any action that may disrupt the feedback or rating system;

(n) Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or crack the service (or any part thereof), or breaking or overcoming any encryption techniques or security measures implemented by Pawmall for the service and/or data transmitted, processed, or stored by Pawmall;

(o) Obtain or collect any information about other account holders, including but not limited to any personal data or information;

(p) Upload, send via email, publish, transmit, or otherwise provide any content that you are not authorized to provide under any law, contract, or trust relationship (such as internal information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of an employment relationship or confidentiality agreement);

(q) Upload, send emails, publish, transmit or otherwise provide any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other ownership of either party;

(r) Upload, send emails, post, transmit or otherwise provide any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam", "spam", "chain letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other unauthorized form of solicitation;

(s) Upload, email, post, transmit, or otherwise provide any material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code, routines, files, or programs designed to directly or indirectly interfere, manipulate, interrupt, or destroy, or restrict the functionality or integrity of any computer software or hardware or data or telecommunications devices;

(t) Disrupting the normal dialogue process, causing the screen to "scroll" faster than the typing speed of other service users, or negatively affecting the ability of other users to communicate in real-time in other ways;

(u) Interference, manipulation, or destruction of the service or the use and enjoyment of the service by any server or network connected to the service or any other user, or failure to comply with any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of the network connected to this website;

(v) Take any action or engage in any behavior that may directly or indirectly damage, disable, overburden, or damage the service or servers or networks connected to the service;

(w) Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, state, national, or international laws, rules, guidelines, guidelines, policies, or regulations, including but not limited to laws and requirements (whether or not legally effective), related to money laundering or counter-terrorism, while using the service;

(x) The use of services violates or evades any sanctions or embargoes imposed or enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the United States Treasury, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or the UK Treasury;

(y) Using services to infringe upon the privacy of others or "track" or otherwise harass others;

(z) Infringement of Pawmall's rights, including any intellectual property rights and any counterfeiting thereof;

(aa) Use the service to collect or store personal data of other users related to the prohibited behaviors and activities mentioned above;

(bb) List projects that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights or use services in a manner that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

(cc) Guide or encourage other users to conduct transactions outside of this website.

6.3 You understand that all content, whether publicly released or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the source of such content. This means that you (not Pawmall) are fully responsible for all content you upload, publish, send emails, transmit, or otherwise provide through this website. You understand that by using this website, you may come into contact with content that you consider offensive, indecent, or offensive. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pawmall shall not be liable for any content under any circumstances, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any losses or damages of any kind arising from the use or reliance on any content published on the website, sent via email, transmitted or otherwise provided.

6.4 You acknowledge that Pawmall and its designated personnel have the right (but not the obligation) to pre filter, reject, delete, stop, pause, remove, or move any content at their own discretion, including but not limited to any content available on the website by you, without any responsibility to you. Without limiting the above provisions, Pawmall and its designated personnel have the right to delete (i) any content that violates these service terms or our prohibited and restricted items policy; (ii) If we receive complaints from other users; (iii) If we receive notice or allegation of intellectual property infringement or other legal instructions or removal requests; Or (iv) if such content is otherwise objectionable. We may also block the delivery of communication (including but not limited to status updates, posts, messages, and/or chats) as part of our efforts to protect the service or our users, or otherwise enforce the provisions of these terms and conditions. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any content, including but not limited to any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you do not and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, may not rely on any content created or submitted by Pawmall to Pawmall, including but not limited to information websites in the Pawmall forum and all other sections. And bear all risks related to the use of any content, including but not limited to any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you do not and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, may not rely on any content created or submitted by Pawmall to Pawmall, including but not limited to information websites in the Pawmall forum and all other sections. And bear all risks related to the use of any content, including but not limited to any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you do not and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, may not rely on any content created or submitted by Pawmall to Pawmall, including but not limited to information websites in the Pawmall forum and all other sections.

6.5 You acknowledge, agree, and agree that Pawmall may access, save, and disclose your account information and content to any legal, regulatory, or government agency, relevant rights holders, or other third party (if required by law) court order or legal requirement of any government or regulatory agency with jurisdiction over Pawmall, Or in good faith believing that such access protection or disclosure is reasonably necessary for: (a) compliance with legal procedures; (b) Implement these service terms or our policies on prohibited and restricted items; (c) Respond to any claims for infringement of third-party rights (including intellectual property) by content; (d) Respond to your customer service request; (e) Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Pawmall, its users, and/or the public.
